Refund Policy

I’m confident that participants in the Build Your Dream Business course who are fully committed to the process will come out on the other side feeling massively encouraged and well equipped to launch their dream businesses. But if you have given the program your best effort and are not satisfied that we delivered what was promised, I want to make it right. To be considered for a full refund, we will look at the following:

  • Did you complete the weekly assigned homework?
  • Did you actively participate in the Facebook group?
  • Do you have notes (e.g. a list of key takeaways) from each teaching session?
  • Did you participate in any of the live office hours/Q&A opportunities?

To apply for a refund, please email me at jen@dropleafco.com. Refunds will be granted at my discretion and will be provided within 30 days of the refund request (if the above conditions have been met by that time). You must email me within five business days of the final (week 12) teaching session to be eligible for a refund. After that time, your payment(s) will be fully non-refundable.
